One of the highlights of the Common Ground Country Fair is the Country Kitchen Demonstrations tent. Here we present Maine chefs and cooks in action, demonstrating and sharing their expertise in preserving, storing and preparing locally grown, raised or harvested foods.

We are particularly interested in demonstrations that work with local ingredients and present fairgoers with insights and skills they can practice in their own kitchens at home. If you are interested in offering an educational kitchen demonstration we would love to hear from you. Please download and submit the application available via the link below to MOFGA by March 31st.
